Now Open: CDK Study
Are you 65 or older with HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer? If you haven’t had prior treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor, consider the ASCO CDK Study. It aims to find the best CDK4/6 dosing strategy. The goal is to help patients stay on treatment longer with fewer side effects.
Patients and their doctors choose a study drug: palbociclib or ribociclib. They also choose an endocrine therapy: an aromatase inhibitor or fulvestrant. Some patients will start at a lower dose and increase as tolerated. Others will begin at the FDA-approved dose.
The CDK Study is available at cancer centers and clinics across the United States. For more details, talk to your oncologist or visit www.cdkstudy.org.
