Tony Blau, MD
CEO & Founder, All4Cure
Professor of Medicine/Hematology; Adjunct Professor of Genome Sciences, University of Washington
Dr. Tony Blau is a physician-scientist and the founder of All4Cure, a collaborative oncology ecosystem in which patients contribute their medical records, clinicians provide context and commentary, and researchers analyze real-world cases for insights. It facilitates dynamic, ongoing collaboration around individual patients while simultaneously building a structured dataset invaluable for discovery. The need for this solution is profound: cancer is the second leading cause of death globally, and precision oncology has outpaced the ability of current healthcare systems to adapt. Unlike EMRs or tumor boards, All4Cure is dynamic, patient-inclusive, and built for scale. With a focus on relapsed and rare cancers like multiple myeloma, the platform empowers expert-informed decisions while building a continuously learning, ethically sourced knowledge base to advance cancer care worldwide.
During his 27 years at the University of Washington, he co-founded the Institute for Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine and led the Center for Cancer Innovation, advancing personalized, data-driven cancer research. Inspired by his own experience with myeloma, Dr. Blau is dedicated to closing the gap between research and real-world patient care—bringing collaboration and hope to the future of oncology.
